Brief Histroy: The Plateau State Polytechnic is a Statutory Organ, established and owned by the Plateau State Government. The Polytechnic is essentially a diploma-awarding institution, but it also awards certificates and hopes to award degrees in the near future. Her academic programmes are regulated and supervised by the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), a Federal Government owned Parastatal.
